Our Story

RTI is a training systems consultancy, specialising in people performance training, competence, and related research within rail transport and related industries worldwide. RTI was incorporated in 1995 and has twenty seven years of experience in successfully providing customers with training and development solutions on an international stage.

RTI is actively involved in international research projects and uses the research findings to make sure that our training methods are up-to-date with the latest thinking.

RTI’s key skills in Risk-Based Training Needs Analysis (RBTNA), structured training development, training delivery, and assessment are complemented with skills in competence management and training technology. This is underpinned by the in-depth rail industry experience of our in-house consultants and a broader team of carefully selected associate consultants.
