Non Technical Skills (NTS)

RTI are recognised as leaders in the field of railway-industry NTS, with a range of academic research papers published internationally.

Our NTS clients include both UK and international railway organisations RTI use the UK Office of Road and Rail’s (ORR) structure and guidance on NTS, avoiding some of the errors inherent in other models (see ORR, 2016, appendix 2).

We are able to field some of the recognised leading international academics in NTS, whilst at the same time having highly relevant industry NTS expertise. We have found from our experience, that NTS properly introduced, can support measurable improvements in safety.
