Training Validation

Increasingly RTI are being asked to provide a training validation process that demonstrates how a training product achieves the requirements of an RBTNA.

Through our experiences working with RBTNAs and data analysis of incident databases, we are able to provide a model of training validation that tracks how tasks and risks identified at the RBTNA stage are identifiable within the training product.

Our approach for validation provides a holistic approach to the management of competence and provide an audit trail in line with the ORR requirements for phase 5 of their Guidance on Competence.
