Training Design

RTI preferred approach is to build our training content based on a full Risk-Based Training Needs Analysis (RBTNA).

This allows us to map in identified risk assessments to training content – providing an audit trail to support training validation.

We are not limited in our approach to design, which will be based on academic models that understand how adults learn
Training design will consider both the technical task being trained and the underpinning Non-Technical Skills required to complete that task safely.

We have access to a range of digital partners that allows us to create innovative and engaging learning material, using a range of media.
