The types of services RTI are typically asked to supply to industry range from the provision of RBTNAs (often as a pre-cursor to training design, but also as a means of supporting a company’s Competence Management System).  

RTI regularly work with rolling stock manufacturers to provide support with their train-the-trainer products to clients, including train driving, shunter / depot drivers, Train Managers, dispatch, catering staff and control room.  These products would typically include RBTNA, training materials (trainer guide, delegate books, workbook, assessment, e-learning and training validation).  Train operators will then often ask RTI to then provide support with their own internal stock conversion training programmes. 

RTI were the company that Network Rail chose to roll-out GSM-R training to Signallers and also to provide an RBTNA for the Northern and City Line ERTMS project, for their operational staff.

RTI also deliver specialist training interventions, such as On-Train Data Recorder (OTDR) and incident management / accident investigation.
