With over forty years in the railway industry, including roles as Head of Learning and Development in both London Underground and Network Rail, I joined RTI in 2004 and took over ownership of the business in 2007.

I have 11 years of service with RTI as a training consultant, senior training consultant and my current position as the Head of Training and Competence.

I have 14 years of service with RTI using experience in electrical & electronic engineering and multi-discipline IT skills to maintain company IT systems and support simulator technicians when required.
