RTI are seeking to recruit an additional training consultant to be based in Northern Ireland.  The role will include delivery of track safety rulebook courses, such as PTS / TSC / PICOP / Lookout / RRVC / RRVO.  You don’t need to hold a trainer qualification currently.  RTI will provide you with all of the qualifications required to meet our training delivery standards.  However, you will be an experienced railway professional with excellent communication skills.  Although based in Northern Ireland, being part of the RTI team means that you may be required to work anywhere.  RTI are known in the industry for our excellent development programme we provide for our trainers, which will include attending internal CPD sessions in areas such as learning theory, instructional design, Non-Technical Skills, Risk-Based Training Needs Analysis and evaluation.
